1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Sunshine Web Group's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Sunshine Web Group provides web hosting services, including but not limited to: website hosting, email hosting, domain registration, SSL certificates, scheduling tools, membership systems, ecommerce features, and related technical support.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

All fees are charged in advance on a monthly or yearly basis depending on your selected billing cycle. Payments are processed securely through Square.

  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
  • Failed payments may result in service suspension
  • Refunds are available within 30 days of initial purchase
  • No refunds for partial months or years

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Host illegal content or conduct illegal activities
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk email
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights
  • Host phishing sites or engage in fraud
  • Consume excessive server resources that impact other users
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems

6. Service Level Agreement

We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosting services. In the event of downtime exceeding this guarantee, you may be eligible for service credits. Scheduled maintenance is excluded from uptime calculations and will be announced in advance when possible.

7. Data and Backups

While we perform regular backups of your data, you are ultimately responsible for maintaining your own backups. We are not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, software issues, user error, or any other cause. Backup frequency varies by plan.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate service at any time:

  • You may cancel through your dashboard or by contacting support
  • We may terminate accounts that violate these terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days
  • No refunds for early termination after the 30-day guarantee period

9. Limitation of Liability

Sunshine Web Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sunshine Web Group, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through our website. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the state in which Sunshine Web Group is incorporated.
